lately my knees have been bothering me so that getting up in the morning or standing up suddenly creates dizziness, a swirl, and old energy is doubtful, like walking all the way upstairs in a skyscraper or running up and grabbing the tear gas canister to hurl it back at the oppressor is probably gonna hurt, but anyway se vale…
